PA HIPAA Acknowledgements?
My mother and I are starting a non-medical in home personal care agency. we are set to open march 1st however we cannot seem to get our hands on hipaa acknowledgments. (the pamphlet explaining the law and a paper to sign stating you understand and will comply) we need them for our clients and employees. Where can we find them? (Harrisburg has been no help)
