Can someone explain to me if this is a Hipaa violation?
A person that works in the ER with me wrote on his facebook that he took care of his friends grandma in the ER. He also used his friends name when describing his grandma. Just curious because I think it is. Thank you.
Also……..I don’t need people asking me why i think it is a question. Just answer it, we don’t need to make a big deal out of it. I just want solid answers.
there was nothing wrong in what he did unless, he gave her medical condition, her full name and address, prognosis,medications, social security number,etc
