Do you have a Will, Living Will, HIPAA Authorization, Power of Attorney? Estate?
WHAT AM I MISSING?~~~seriously, what am I missing?
Where did you find your Lawyer, Accountant, Insuance Agent, etc.
How are you sure you are securing each other futures in the event of, well the inevitable.
How are you sure the tax man isnt comming for you?
What are you doing to make sure you will be able to provide for your loved ones after your gone, not leaving a burden, or having your estate lost to some other kin? How are you going to get into the hospital room when you have to, but your not “family?”
If you have a child together, what about your addoption rights?
If you have any or all of these things, please, I am looking for futher info, company referals, as well as what I am leaving out of this list.

We also bought thebook ‘A Legal Guide for Lesbian and Gay Couples’. It was written by a couple of lawyers and has some good stuff in it that we never thought of.
