Private Data Storage?
Does anyone know any companies or sites that does computer data backup for a medical practice. I need someone who can securely protect my data due to the HIPAA. Thanks in advance!
It really depends where you store your data and how big they are. If you simply back up your data locally to a tape then you can check out Iron Mountain. They can provide you with a tape pick up schedule. I believe they also offer a ‘cloud’ back up as their service meaning you securely store/send your data to their site on the net and they automatically back it up for you on a set schedule.
