Do anyone know a good hipaa lawyera?
Does anyone know a good hipaa lawyer . My husband was in the hospital couple months ago and he pass away. The doctor came and told a family member all his medical condition. We put a code on the chart and none of the hospital staff was suppose to give out any imformation unless a person knew the code. The doctor gave the imformation without the person knowing the code.
