I am HIPAA eligible and Anthem says that I am guaranteed coverage at their most expensive premium. Why would I?
You should accept only if you make too much for coverage under Medicaid and are not old enough for Medicare. You will save the hospital you use unrecovered costs and your doctors’ visits will have a uniform copay for each year. You will thank yourself if you are ever in a collision.
