just trying to do some research on people ideas about HIPAA
I do know that it’s very expensive for a healthcare facility to get into compliance from data records security on paper and electronically, to employee training to the costs of fines for non-compliance. These costs are passed to consumers, as always. Which is why I’m always floored at the number of people who are always so happy to elect democrats into office. This party does nothing but hurt the people with all their laws they put in place to “protect” that just end up costing millions to those of us who can barely afford things. Look up the Clean-Coal Obama wants plants to have, now watch as our electricity bills increase 10-fold!
