What is up with Yahoo Support these days?
So I have had an ongoing issue with not being able to download encrypted items that I have attached to email that I have sent to myself (U.S. Gov’t. HIPAA requirement), and Yahoo replicated it. When they replicated it I was given a “we replicated your issue, but can’t replicate it” and then immediately after my chat my Blackberry went nuts since Yahoo had obviously reset the status of my messages in my history. Overy 10,000 messages started coming through to my BB within five minutes of my chat with Yahoo “Support”, and all that they could say was that “it must be a mobile issue”.
Let freaking M$ buy them at this rate. Why not let the WalMart of software purchase a second-rate solution? All that I can say is that they look pretty much the same in bed together, so let them suffer their own indefferences to those who used to back them. Sad…
Your lucky to get an answer at all! I don’t normally bother contacting support now as I seldom get a reply. However, I had a Question removed for absolutely no reason and after 5 people had answered it and I appealed against it. After three weeks with no response I contacted them again …that was two weeks ago ….still waiting! All in all, we have to remember that there are millions of people using Yahoo! all the time!!!
