Can you edit the information locally or save versions so as not to overwrite someone elses work. Is the information secure and accessible 24/7, when you need it. Do you need a 5″ manual to figure out how to access the information or can you access the information in the first few minutes that you log in?

Data Security?

Is the company able to provide secure access? Is the data stored redundantly with encryption and cyphers that are up to the data being stored. Obviously medical records need better security than dinner recipes. Is the information secure and accessible 24/7, when you need it. Do you need a 5″ manual to figure out how to access the information or can you access the information in the first few minutes that you log in? If you need HIPAA compliance for medical records, is it available?

Considering the available products

Companies make claims that success with their systems comes easily – a 5 year old child can do it, or, you can do it at the push of a button, so it’s essential that you review the program thoroughly, and establish that you do possess the skills, have the desire, and have the aptitude and knowledge to follow the steps required in order to succeed with the program.
