Wording on Resume?
I work at a call center for a major health insurance company and need to get a second and am not sure how to word my duties. Here’s what I do:
-Use up to 12 computer systems daily
-Review claims and benfits to decide claims need to be reprocessed
-Explain benefits to members
-Explain why we paid certain amounts to providers and/or members
-Follow HIPAA and all state mandates, when applicable
I feel like these could be worded better and more professionally. I’m just trying to get a fast food or retail job, but would still like to present myself in the best possible light. Pls help me reword these statements and add anything you feel would be good that I might’ve left out. Thanks.
How about this:
- Operate multiple computer systems
- Process claims and benefis
- Interact with members to resolve various claims/benefits issues
- Follow requirements set by HIPAA and all state mandates
