hipaa rights
If i feel my hipaa rights have been violated can I confront the doctor?
I believe a family member went to my doctor and they discussed me. However the family member is not the most trustworthy. Is it ok to confront the doctor or should I go to the office manager?
uh…since everything here is heresay, I’d have a gentle discussion with the party involved; I can’t see what the office manager has to do with anything here.
