How can I find out if a SC Nurse has a current SC State Nursing License? and if not, who can I report it too?
I worked for a doctors office who fired me and they said that I did not abide by a HIPAA guideline. But they have a nurse working for them who says she has not a current nursing license in 10 years. Surely that is a big HIPAA violation also. She has also given my husband an injection. Can we bring any legal actions against them for the nurse not having a license?
