what job titles do I qualify for with a nursing assistant certificate and a unit secretary certificate?
Hi, Im currently enrolled in a CNA program… This comming January I’ll be enrolled in a Unit Secretary program which I will obtain cpr training, and complete HIPAA, HIPAA II, OSHA … My question to you is, What jobs can I get with these two certifications and would I be qualified to work in a Doctors office or hospital….I would really like to work in an obgyn facility…. Would this be possible? If not, what else would I need..?
I would recommed working as a Unit Secretary or a Patient Care Tech in the OB unit at a hospital. These days, there is a position we casually refer to as “techretary”….a cross-trained tech and secretary position.
