Sarbanes Oxley Enron

sarbanes oxley enron

Do you support the Sarbanes-Oxley Act?

I don’t. I’m sure larger companies actually benefit from this as it is yet another trap in the way of smaller business. It’s an opportunistic power usurpation by the federal crony government after the Enron incident and operates on an Un-American “guilty unless proven innocent” basis. How about people take some time before making investments, assuming personal responsibility, instead of the gobblement enforcing this on companies, whether guilty or innocent, and costing everyone money.

What are your thoughts on this?

I do not, it is just another way of stifling competition.
