Sarbanes Oxley Guideline

Is a small division of a public company required to have an operations handbook?
I work for a large $3.5B public company. The division I work in is small (about 10% of total revenues). We are responsible for implementing our product for our customers and therefore we have services contracts that we negotiate and execute with our customers and then our organization is responsible for working with our accounting and order management organizations to invoice those customers for services rendered. Based on Sarbanes Oxley guidelines, are we required to have an operations handbook that clearly lays out all of these processes?
My answer will seem obvious.
The suggestion is that you still reflect on why your doubts.
You’ll find that everything is less complicated than you think, and your will and your common sense enough to satisfy your concerns.
Best wishes!
