any one know about Sarbanes-oxley act lay off provisions?
I work in Oklahoma for a company that has headquarters in the state of washington. a plant in oklahoma will be shut down and a layoff occur in 2 weeks what are the rights of employees and the company under Sabanes-oxlery law
Sarbanes Oxley is not really a law aimed at general layoffs. As far as employee protection goes, SOX really only provides protection for whistleblowers.
