school hipaa law
Does anybody have any experiences in dealing with the Hipaa laws pertaining to non-monogamy relationships?
please share ..it’s a school project.. thanks
Could you provide a little more information about what you are trying to find out?
Like most laws, only legally binding relationships are recognized under HIPAA. If someone has multiple partners, they would essentially be ignored by the law.
