How will employees in a medical office have to be trained regarding privacy? According to HIPAA.?
EX. Who is responsible for training and record keeping? Also What happens if an employee doesn’t follow the privacy policy? When should employees be trained? If you have a website i would appreciate it as well.

Training and record keeping is the responsibility of the employer. They can do it in-house. Some community colleges also offer training if your are worried about covering yourself. There are also online classes available through community colleges and professional associations such as American Nurses Association. If you are concerned do a class on your own.
