what does the doctor do to tell if you’re a virgin or not?
my mom thinks im having sex. im not, but i masturbate & i’ve done outer course recently. & i doubt my hymen is intact.
& does the doctor do like a DNA thing
& if the hymen is broken, does that mean im not a virgin anymore
& can i make the doctor not tell my mom if she says im not a virgin anymore
does hipaa apply to me?

First off, if you are above 16, there is nothing, absolutely nothing, your mother can do if you tell the doctor to not tell. It is the law!
No, there is no DNA proof to see if you have had sex, unless you had it like the night before or something.
That does not mean you aren’t a virgin. In fact, many girls break their hymen doing sports, gymnastics, or riding horses and bikes. It is just a piece of tissue and no more represents your virginity than the floor does.

I hope this helps you. If you are too young to be having sex or even fooling around, try to respect your mother’s wishes. She is only trying to protect you. If you are going to have intercourse, go to the doctor and get some birth control and go to Walmart or Kmart to get condoms. Be smart!
