written hipaa policy
Regarding HIPAA, are there requirements for covered entities to have written privacy policies?
It it is required what has to be addressed in the policy? Or if you know of a website where i could find this information please let me know. Thank you.
Most covered entities must provide patients a written notice of how their PHI will be used by the provider. See the site below to find out if you’re covered and what the notice must include.
